What we collect
What you enter in the grievance, volunteer and updates forms: name, mobile number, village/neighbourhood, block, the details of your grievance and your consent. A one-way hash of your IP address is also kept temporarily to prevent abuse.
How it is used
Only to resolve your grievance, to contact you about volunteering and (with your consent) to send event updates. Your information is never sold and never used for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers.
Storage and retention
Information is kept on secure servers (Cloudflare) and can be viewed only by authorised office staff. It is deleted at most two years after a grievance is resolved, or earlier on request.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, use the grievance form, choose "Other" and write "Data request".
